Some like it hot, and some like it hella hot. Our Hella Hot Japanese Barbecue Sauce is a fiery blend of fermented red jalapeño and red habanero with punches of soy, ginger, garlic and green onion. Our crave-worthy flavor comes from only clean, simple ingredients.

Growing up, my bachan (aka granny) would cook up the most amazing meals with our family's sauce. Now, our multi-generational family recipe has inspired the Japanese flavors and ingredients featured in all of our sauces. Let's eat! ltadakimasu!
